This class is designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, release tension, enhance confidence, and nurture a feeling of overall well-being. The style of yoga taught is called Hatha Yoga. “Hatha” means a yoga system of physical exercises and breathing control.
All levels are welcome! (Though participants must be 18+). Please bring your own mat and any other yoga prop you’d like. Please register for each session that you plan to attend. Registration for all sessions will begin February 12.
