Have you been wondering what all the buzz is about? The science shows meditation is beneficial for your brain. Learn the “why” of meditation, along with specific types of meditation. Join Helene Verdile, Guided Meditation Teacher and Life Coach at The Center for Clarity, Compassion & Contentment in Burnt Hills for this one-hour workshop that describes the ways in which meditation can positively impact your life, specifically Kundalini meditation, mindfulness, and mantra-based guided meditation, ending with a 20-minute guided meditation and time for questions and answers.
